Q-Ball

I may be wrong, but you command structure appears to be a mess. You should spend some APs to fix it

Before You pointed it out I didn't realised it was so bad. I was too focused on detail to see bigger picture.

Apart from my poor management it is cumulative effect of pushing hard during every possible turn.

I am using up my AP to maintain momentum of attack at any cost.

Turn 15 - end

AGN has truly became battlefield. Thanks to quality of recently arrived pz divisions I was able to smash though new erected defences. I hope fate of Encircled's units west of Pskov is sealed.

Situation is much more difficult in eastern part of that region. Fortunately Soviet forces north of Vitebsk stayed weak, and even my spread out infantry units were strong enough to breach first line of defence. Weakness of my pz forces, difficult terrain plus strong fortification greatly limited my advance. Nevertheless there is real chance of greatly improving my front line before winter.

Not much happened in central zone. My drive towards Voronezh seem more and more futile.

In the south, I finally reduced Donetsk pocket and keep building up strength for attack on Rostov. I hope Crimean part of front will see some action too.

Casualties inflicted in that turn were almost decent, but thanks to Encircled's skill Stalino didn't have much too offer, practically whole industry was withdrawn.

Still two turns of good weather to come.

Turn 16 - start

Things look relatively good in AGN area. Pocket held. Loot is of decent quality. Gained ground and destroyed divisions will reduce momentum of Encirlced's winter offensive. In Vielkye Luki area new Soviet defensive positions were created. They look strong, so forcing him out will limit my options elsewhere greatly.

Weakened AGC found itself under bold counter-attacks near Kaluga and Orel. Problem will have to be addressed soon.

Not much action took place in the south. Encircled was focused on strengthening his positions, and I have to say, Rostov will be hard nut to crack.

Capturing Crimea is out of question.

Turn 16 - movement

AGN continues to be most important area. I committed everything that was available to break Encircled's lines west of Velkie Luki. Soviet fought bravely and skilfully

In crucial place, I was repulsed 6 times, before I somehow managed to force defenders to retreat. Price was high, especially in morale and movement points. Although I sealed the pocket, due to heavy fighting "protective" ring is weak.

All quiet in other areas. I am busy with strengthening my positions.

In the mean time cauldron west of Pskov was reduced.

Below final attack on crucial hex.

After reports from 17th turn, both Encircled and me will do some summarising.

Turn 17 - start

Not much fighting took place during Encircled's turn. I was really surprised and even more glad to see that pocketed units in Velkie Luki area stayed surrounded. Good for me.

I didn't expect what I saw in Crimea either. Soviets vacated their positions and withdraw to southern part of peninsula.

Weather reminded us that we should expect couple of surprises in near and far future - mud in northern zone.
