Looking for MP game

New to H3UE:ANW, but not new to MP wargaming. Looking for someone to play online with. What is the best way to find a game? Would someone be willing to show me? Also, since I'm new, what database do I need and how do I install it? Is it as simple as saving in a particular folder, etc.?
