Error Code. Cant Play Longest Day but can play CC5

I have pasted the error message into the message.
I can not continue a Longest Day game nor start a new one.
It allows the game to begin, even allows unit movement on the campaign map and goes through to allow unit selection in the forces pool.
It then crashes with that message at the start of the actual battle.

Have you attempted any moding of that file or your build you received this error message on? Or perhaps install a mod on that build? Did you install an update for TLD in the middle of your campaign/op?

To all the questions. "Not as far as I am aware."
It wont even let me start a new, fresh from the start, campaign.
Well, it allows the start of the campaign but crashes with that error message when attempting to start the first battle.
Is it possible to re-download the game as it is registered with Matrix.
If it helps I am running version 5.50.07

I agree that re-downloading and reinstalling would be a good next step. Contact Matrix customer support about how to go about doing that.
