I don't understand why he has such narrow penetrations, and yet most of his units are in stacks...you think he'd want to spread out a bit to defend his flanks more, prevent cut-offs. Can any German players shed any light on this?
Narrow penetrations allow you to concentrate your forces more when attacking a critical spot. The downside of course is that it is easier to cut off.
Anyway, nice work Tarhunnas. I always thought that Pelton's playstyle was risky against an aggressive Soviet player, but it's still an early game. I look forward to see how the game develops.
