Just messing around playing both sides, tried a naval evac from Riga, Northwest Front HQ drowned in the Gulf. 22k!

This has got to beat the Wilhelm Gustloff.

I've also experienced very bad losses moving units by sea; evacuated 3 rifle divisions, lost a bunch of transports and thousands died.  Evacuated the brigade from Hanso, about 70-75% of it died with 2 transports sunk.  Those Finns are viscious.
