oob

hi, im currently playing ef2, barbarossa central, my oob is xxxxvii panzer. i am in march 43 and my panzer units are mostly pz ivf2 with 3 companies of pz iiil's. i was playing another campaign that i got to oct of 43 before it crashed and i had these same units. under the oob list it has then listed as pz ivh however as ive said my actual tanks are pz ivf2's. my question is when should i look for my tanks to get upgraded to pz ivh's and pz v's? i went into the edit oob screen but i didnt know what i was looking at or how to see what i might get and when. anyway if someone can tell me when i will start getting the really good stuff id appreciate it. i know that in reality the german army fought the battle of kursk in july of 43 with panthers and i believe pz ivh's so i would have thought that i would get those by july 43 but i didnt with the other campign. thanks
