Airframe Assembly Upgrades

Post by jhowell »

I'm trying to get my head around the Japanese economy. I've read that some aircraft assembly facilities automaticaly upgrade to new types at certain dates. How can I see what they upgrade to and when? This information isn't in the game or in AETracker as far as I can see.

Thanks.

When you check planes pools/production screen (in-game), last row shows you to what model this plane upgrades. Also availability date.

This is exactly when, and to what, factory will upgrade. It usually takes few days, but can take up to 3 months in extreme situation.

Inqistor, do you mean in the production summary screen (see below) or somewhere else?

It is called Aircraft Replacement Pool, at information screen.

For example, you can see, that A6M3 Zero upgrades to A6M3a Zero, and the later one is available at 42-12. Your factory will begin trying to upgrade on that date, to that model.
