does the AI use fuel and ore?

Here's a general question about AI for random games:
Does the AI use oil and raw materials like a human player?
(I'm guessing it does not. In a current game, as I can barely get my tanks to move, the AI attacks me with a 47 plane unit)

Yes to both: the AI does use oil and raw, however, the standard AI does get some small base amount of each per turn (300 if memory serves me correctly).

Is your game upgraded to the current version? 2.02b or if using the latest beta patch, 2.04.

thanks for response Webizen, & yes, I am using patch 2.04.

Is there some place in the editor where I can adjust this?
