Directive 21 - Discussion Thread

As there seems to be no single thread that is used to talk about the "Directive 21" scenario I thought I start one.
And first point is what is usually asked, "Where can I download it?", here:

Latest version is from 28th April 2011, my version is older so I'm not sure what changed but I bet onw of those who work on this will soon be here to tell us.

I started a game on April 30, and am up to turn 102 (6-42) trying a southern priority strategy. It started like an historical advance, but when the Axis reached the Dvina from Riga to Vitebsk they stop and dig in while the Panzers and any other units that can be spared head southeast thru Smolensk-Bryansk-Voronezh and on to Stalingrad. To Astrakhan and then Baku is the ultimate objective. I've never tried this before, but I doubt it will work. However, a change made in 3.4 has encouraged me to make the effort.
