CR is missing the older Soviet model fighters

CR is missing the older Soviet model fighters

Um........I was just now looking through the commanders report and noticed that they don't show up anywhere. But in the Production
screen we see that there about 1800 I-153's and they DO show up on the list of available aircraft to assign to an
airbase. So um.......I'm thinking the older model fighters ( I-153's, I-15bis, etc. and I-16's of various types etc.) are just dropped from the
inventory and I don't know which pool the production screen might be refering to. What gives here?

You don't have any I-153s or I-16s assigned to any of your air units (the last column on the Production screen lists the number of units using the planes).  Therefore, they will not show up on the commanders report.
