Please download both of these links to Install Dreadnoughts at War scenario + update 7.

It's here War Plan Orange Dreadnoughts at war scenario.Japanese player now has the entire German Highs Seas Fleet on his side + German aircraft,also available are some of the Italian navy to help the Japanese.
