'Breakthrough' scenario: odd setup

I have played this scenario a few times as the Germans (spoiler) and usually recieve two tigers and the three initial PIVG. But I just started a game and there is some odd 'regeneration' when I select units and I now have 4 tigers and 6 PIV??? I can send a screen shot I suppose but it just seems odd. 4 panzers are leaders also?

This is a wierd bug.  When the reinforcements appear,  they look normal (3 tank platoon) but once a movement command is given, it is as if there is an extra tank underneath each tank.
