Flag Flutter and Click Sound Mod

The flag flutter sound is a pretty neat sound effect the first time you hear it. I am playing a 500 meter map with a lot of flags and the flutter sound is everywhere.

Here is the flutter sound reduced to a whisper.

Edit forgot to add, back up your old file, use JSGME to install.
