Can't Get Past Intro Skirmishes

I installed the game. An intro screen told me that I needed to go through the steps to get the game unlocked. I have been through the first three battles several times successfully. After the third one it send me back to the first one. Nothing else works with this game. How do I get the game unlocked?

Once you have finished the Tutorial, you should be able to go to the Campaigns screen and begin the English campaign.
