Based on the way he was just sitting there, I'm guessing he was either stunned or knocked out by one of the shots he took early in the video.

Yes, without the ID coins activated you can't tell if he's even alive.

Yeah, he was firing to the left then noticed those two closing on him from the right. He started to turn his turret but it was too slow and then his turret side was hit and gutted with TC and gun KO'd and stunned. He probably would have bailed at the end of the turn but never made it that long as he was still getting shot.
