You have made an addictive game....it is very good.

Version ATGold 2.02b

But I still have some problems or questions or thoughts:

1) Example. I own Malta and have established a strong air base there. The British just go by Malta and I can NEVER attack them because they start and end out of range but on the opposite side of the island. In real life I would have several days to attack the British ships while they sail past Malta. My fleet is even located there sometimes and still no chance to intercept the traveling British. I have used this feature (bug) myself but it just makes no sense. If I place subs in these positions the British just sink them. This also happens in the British channel with my German air force at full alert. SOLUTION: if possible. Allow air forces and maybe even Naval units that are on alert for it to attack enemy ships that come in range.
2) Submarines are too easily seen and attacked successfully by the British in the opening days of the war. In real life finding a submarine is VERY difficult even when on antisupply missions. At times subs could not be found right after they have torpedoed a ship in a convoy. British depth charges could not be set to the depth the subs could attain and it took the British several months to realize this and modify the depth charges' triggers. Even when you knew where the sub was located attacking it was not easy. By the time the depth charge got down to the same depth as the sub it had several minutes to be elsewhere. Plus the sub disappeared from sonar as you past over it giving it several minutes to change direction and depth before you could acquire it again. Destroyers operating together could offset this but they had to be careful not to be deafened by the depth charges. Cruisers, Carriers and Battleships COULD not attack submarines as they had no weapons that could reach a submerged ship and they rarely caught a sub on the surface. Aircraft could attack subs only if they found them on the surface during their patrols.
3) I would like to see something that takes into effect how effective the subs/aircraft were at sinking supply ships. Say a cargoship could carry 1500 supplies—not sure of the exact number. Every time you reached that number of destroyed supplies the side would need to build another cargo vessel. Until early 1943 the British could not replace their cargoships faster than the Germans sunk them. And the Japanese never could—it got so bad that near the end of the war American subs could not find anything to SINK.
4) Factories should be capturable with a requirement that engineers be used to convert them to your goods (not talking about supplies). If you want the enemy not to capture a factory you have to destroy it (100% or it can be rebuilt) or move it –moving should take engineers and seacap or landcap assets and be subject to enemy interference. And they should not be automatically replaced when you lose a city.
