Plan Attack Dialog

I used to use this dialog to plan my critical attacks, is it gone or am I missing something since it's been so long since I played?

It seems to work OK for me but I do have to press and hold the right mouse button a bit to get the dialog to come up. Found it by accident. See if that works.

Mouse over and other delays are adjustable. Look in either Game or Player Options for the controls.
