PBEM question

Hi folks!

Just started my first PBEM game as Japan an am preparing my first turn.
Just found out that i can't hit some buttons (ship availability, ground withdrawal, etc.) within the information screen. Is this just a "first turn occurance" or a bug?

As I recall that's a first turn thing.

Okay was a bit nervous as I nearly finished my 1st turn. Looking forward to the second turn hoping this get solved by itself.
