Geez - not even a day to say goodby to all the great people that were on the forum!!

Well, I'll say it here:

I really enjoyed the e-mail forum and all the people on it - I'm very sad to see it go.

The best of luck to all and hope you make it here to continue the great conversations!!

That's the worst of it. We didn't even get a chance to say good bye. I hope they all make it here.

Any chance of sending out search parties to bring them all in?

Goodbye to all you gentlemen of the SP list.
We had some great discussions and we had some heated arguments but it was all ok in the end.
Now what is left?
This?

All good things must come to an end. I have enjoyed the Email forum. There were those times, too, that the shear volumn of Emails was a bit much. All in all I say Great..I had a good time and won't miss any of you at all... Cause you'll all be here, anyway...LOL

Gud here....now what exactly did happen ? I wake up and find my fave mailing list dead-dead. Not a gud start of a day, anytime. Is TGN shut down ? I'm a big fan of few sites there (SP arsenal, VASL and of course SPC) and i wonder what's up with them...

That shutdown was very sudden. No warning at all. Why? I'm here but I'll miss the list!

Check out the new e-mail list at eGroup, per Dale Hight's message. Looks like it will pick up a lot of the slack.

THere was an email that focused on non-SPWaW SP games - SPWaW fans have nothing to worry about... IF you follow other SP games, you might want to check it out.

The new forum is dedicated to Spww2 (but not only) and is located on Egroups. If anyone wants to join, drop me a line...

Here's the address:

SPWW2@egroups.com

I had to join twice, first eGroups itself, then the SPWW2 List, all told it involved maybe three or four minutes work.

Come on down!!! eGroups picks up the slack without hardly missing a beat, thanks to Dale Hight.

I am sorry I missed the farewell. I was out of town when it happened.

Let me take the time to say thank you to all the guys who have hung in there over three years.

I really enjoyed the good times and learned from the "bad times." Image

Good luck to all my friends...WB

Shocking,positively shocking.

I have not spent much time on the list lately, but read it every day. It will be missed.
