true update is hanging

just installed the game and it seems to be working, but when I hit true update that was installed onto my start menu
it just hangs ... after spending over half an hour on matrix websites I can see that there are no updates available
but this "true update client 2.0" should not just hang there ... it should tell me that there are in fact no updates ...
is this a bug or am I missing something?

Sorry it got missed. SO many games and so little time:(

Please use the support ticket system if you don't get a reply on the forums.

Can you try downloading it again and see if it helps? Maybe something was corrupt.

I am having a similar issue.... except it does a complete download.... unzips the files....goes seeking and hangs.... i have an original digital download of ceaw... which i ordered the disk also, have since tried switching to disk and reinstalling same issue... then everytime i try true update again it looks like its repeating the download of the same version over and over again and yet the version on start up screen is 1.12. and of course it goes back to the seeking hang at the end of every download.
