Pop up windows - course, staff - don't fully display Win7

I just installed Harpoon Ultimate edition, trying to play Commanders Edition. All is well until I need to adjust course. The pop up window display cuts off the right half and part of the bottom of the box. This includes the button for OK, so I can't adjust course, and there isn't much point of going any further. Is there a setting I haven't found. The standard windows - big map, little map, unit description, etc. - all display normally and can be resized.

With the game closed download and run http://harpgamer.com/harpforum/index.ph ... owfile=228 to reset window sizes. When you launch the game you'll have to re-arrange windows but the dialogs should be large enough.
