Hotkey for go?

Is there a hidden play / continue / pause button - hotkey?

I want to use my laggy Mouse as little as possible. [:(]

If you have a multimedia keyboard it is the play button.

Someone needs to make a quick, easy-to-understand tutorial for Autohotkey. Its one of those simple, small utilities that once you figure out how to use it, the whole world of hotkeys is never the same.
