Good IJN-player looking for good or better USN for #17

Five PBEM-games compleated with four wins and one loss. Four underway. Looking for a _good_ , or perhaps even better USN opponent to challenge me as USN on #17. Hard Core-rules and 100% commitment both sides, I prefer IJN SubDoctrine=Off but this is can be negotiated. I'm a very aggressive player and I don't tend to make stupid0 mistakes.

1T/day or more a must. Slot's don't matter as I can renumber automagically.
