Range of D3A2

What was the REAL range of D3A2?
Wikipedia page shows it shorter, than D3A1 model, however this page shows (and describes) it longer. I even see, where is the difference:
Wikipedia page shows fuel capacity as 240 US Gallons, however other site shows it as 237.4 IMPERIAL Gallons, so much more.
On both pages weights of D3A1 are identical, however for D3A2 they are different:
In first case, difference between max, and min weight is 1552 kg (which is more, than 1242 kg difference of D3A1 model)
In second case difference is 1230 kg, so LESS, than D3A1.

Since both planes used IDENTICAL combat load, the only difference can be from amount of fuel.

Sources for Wikipedia have, amongst them, Francillon 1969/1970, while other page shows Francillon 1995.

Now, I have found only THIS.
99-22 is clearly Type 99 Model 22, so D3A2.
EMPTY WEIGHT at 2618, and no page reports THAT weight. Normal load is 3800, and it is identical to second page. Overload is 4122, which is identical to Wikipedia page.
So, calculating from overload, difference will be 1504 kg, little less, than on Wikipedia.
Calculating from normal load, it will be 1182 kg, little less, than in second page.

So, does anyone have any MILITARY source? Either Japanese characteristics, or Allied tests results? And REAL testing results, not calculations from fuel/engine. Obviously any general "Aircrafts encyclopedia" have questionable value in this matter.

"Internal 1,079 liters (235 Imperial gallons) in five unprotected tanks; two in each wing, one under pilot's seat, all containing 92 octane petrol. In starboard wing root, a small fuel tank (100 octane) for take of; 58 liter (25.8 Imperial gal.). One 60 liter (13.2 Imp.gal.) oil tank behind the engine."

So... obviously IMPERIAL gallons. Also, even MORE fuel, because there is additional 58 liter tank for take-off.

I am guessing it is for D3A2? Is there something about fuel capacity of D3A1 also?

So, considering that in-game model, is made using 900 liters capacity:
Overall D3A2 fuel capacity should be 1079+58=1137
Comparing it to in-game model 1137/900=1.26(3)

Now, using those numbers to modify all in-game ranges, by 1.26(3):
Transfer range: 620 -> 783.2(6)
Maximum range: 470 -> 593.7(6)
Normal Range: 380 -> 480.0(6)

It seems that only gives 1 EXTRA HEX for Maximum, and Transfer, in comparison to D3A1. Not much, but it is obvious, that future model is better.

or you have to give up an equivalent weight in bomb load. So instead of a 250kg bomb and 2 60kg bombs, you might get reduced to a single 250kg bomb or a 120kg bomb and two 15kg or 30kg bombs, etc.

It actually carry same amount as last time. Calculation was made just using US gallons, instead Imperial. Maximum weight was probably got from source, not extrapolated from ammo and fuel weight, so it remains the same.

The only question is how was range calculated?
