Question on Depot/Payload

On the Deopt tab, there is a Capacity-Payload bar and figures.

As I understand it the first figure is payload used, and the second is payload available.

I am seeing the graphic (bar) empty, well before available payload = 0

Is this working as designed?

Example - a small NW Bn Column - 58 tonne capacity. Currently shipping 22 tonnes, leaving 36 available. Blue bar appears to be showing ~22/36 = 61% usage, while correct usage rate is less than 40%

I think you are dividing the usage by spare capacity, rather than usage by the sum of used and spare (or total capacity).
