WaW was created by Tom Weber and he took it to a certain patch and then Explorer2 did a WaW revised scenario where he added some things to it. where you can find version 32 exactly I don't know because it has been revised past that version.  toms version stops at 27 in the bank  and explorer picked it up after that.
