I may have been dumb enough to challenge the current job market, but my sympathies to anyone who is unfortunate enough to be trying to sell a house in today's market.  Rum punch will help with that.  Make it a very tart one.  [;)]

Been on since December...and my SECOND real estate agent has had his head up his ass since then. Can't figure out who needs rum punch more.  Him, myself, or my wife...probably me.   I have to put up with both of them.

Wife- at home by herself all WEEK long with no help with our boy until I get there on the weekends, and no one has really looked at our house. I am sure that SUCKS for her. In fact, I know it does.

It's really not the end of the world.  Our house will sell.  Actually in the process of getting this certain buyer to commit...
