File save failure (23)?

Never gotten this error message before, any idea what it is?

Upload file failure: Error [23]- retry save?

The server down? Connection on my end is good.

I was having the same problem but 'Error [1] - retry save' instead. I kept at it for about 5-6 times, it finally went through. Probably server reset/issues...
