Old BTR campaings and patch

Hi, I'm looking for patch 1.6 and campaigns (V1.03FinalX-11 and V1.03FinalX-11 with He-280 Jets or others) to Bombing the Reich (Talonsoft) from Jean Luc's page.

The last update from Jean Luc was not available for open distribution. To get it you had to email Jean Luc and he would send out the update. that way he kept some control over the distribution process. You won't find any of the regulars to that site who will willingly send you the update without Jean Luc's permission.

By the way I don't have the manual for this game, I heard that it is available in PDF , somebody could be so kind to send me a copy ?

Ps : I bought the game from the second hand market, it looks very interesting.

Jean Luc's patch is for old Bombing the Reich by Talonsoft (predecessor of Gary Grigsby's Eagle Day to Bombing the Reich)

I am not sure if Jean Luc site still exists. The last time I looked for it I found only in google cache something.
You can find a patch (1.06x5) from Jean Luc for the old BTR here:

But not the Jean Luc`s oob.
