As far as I can tell, Marshall needs to fix 2 or 3 bugs before he can release 1.08.06. These are:

1) an eco phae bug in 1.08.05 that gives double income to the host's nation.
2) a recently introduced bug in the current 1.08.06 (but not 1.08.05) that prevents fleets from blockading enemy home nation ports (should be a simple fix)
3) a bug that has evacuated fleets rolling windguage in 1.08.05

Some thought to fixing the probe Vs withdraw security would be good too.

Hm. I personally have not seen the first one as host nation.

Sorry, no news. I thought Marshall was going to pop in and provide an update last week but that didn't happen. Not sure what his schedule is right now. All recent signals have been positive though, it's just that he's out working his day job and away from his development PC. We must be patient.

Then perhaps matrix should get someone else to do it. This is getting ridiculous!
