Coupon Code not working

The directions are pretty simple, but it does not work for me.

It says in read letters "coupon invalid for this item."

I have tried and retried.., logged on, logged off.., entered in code manually, copy and pasted code from email.., all the little tricks I can think of.

Any help is appreciated.

Please try Matrix Customer support instead of technincal support for the actual game.

I was hoping to have a response or a fix by now, but I understand there are many other things to attend to on this awesome Forum. I am getting tired of waiting for Panzer Corps, so I am going to get this and see if I do better with it then I did with the original AT. I never understood a lot of the combat stuff because I was impatient and not very smart.

So with that said, I am going to buy this now, maybe some one can credit me the $15 on Panzer Corps or whatever. If Matrix cannot get me a $15 credit, that is okay, these games are worth like $500 a piece in reality.
