crashing in non historical campaign mode

we played a pbem campaign, not historical with variants. after the conquest of warsaw i get the victory screen.
when i press any key button there's the 'file could not be found or op. cancelled. faulty event that tries to load new scenario. scenario bug.' message. nex is an 'unhandled exception' error message.

i've got DC on the newest build.

Could you send me a save game to vic@xs4all.nl as close to the taking as Warsaw as possible.
