Can't register the game on Matrix's Members page?

Just got this game in the recent half price sale. I'm trying to register the serial under my member account but it tells me I have an invalid serial. Now I realize that I bought it from Slitherine but it says "Matrix Games" right on the game and Matrix did merge with Slitherine right? So can I register this game here?

Also what is Slitherine's re-download policy by the way?

Hi Canuck35,

Slitherine's download policy is the same as ours. You should be able to register it here, I'm guessing we just forgot to upload the Slitherine store serial numbers to the Members Club. That should be fixed on Monday. By the way, those coupons work in our store too. [8D]

Just picked up the boxed edition for CC:LSA through Matrix store using the Slitherine coupon for only € 24.00. That's a bargain and I highly recommand people that are willing a boxed edition to purchase through Matrix as the coupon only apply to the download version through the Slitherine store. Well done Matrix. [:D]

Nevertheless just a small issue...I was able to download the game directly through the purchasing page and also noted my serial number but have not yet received the email with the serial number and the downloading link. Only get a confirmation email from Paypal. Maybe a problem with the store...or do I have to wait a bit longer before getting those email? The last time I have purchased I recall getting those email immediately. [&:]

Well I finally was able to get the game registered but now after downloading the latest beta patch it tells me that my serial key is not valid!  Can I get that patch from Slitherine?

Well Canuck, I have been blighted with that problem since I installed the CC games. Only yesterday in fact - but I just promptly ignored it - as I always do when it does happen - and click on the desktop shortcut and I get it going. It doesn't happen all the time (and I don't know why it happens in the first place) but when it does I simply try again.
