And there is a new one currently in test/revision cycle. Hopefully not too long though before it is ready :)

Look in the "ETA for new patch thread". Arjuna is posting status updates on what is supposed to be addressed.

Off the top of my head there are public announcements that routeing, routing and fatigue effects on firepower received some adjustments. As a wild guess, all of this should make the AI more capable against a decent human opponent, as it frequently fell foul of high fatigue penalties and lost a lot of units to surrenders without forcing the same against an aggressive human.

Alongside the patch is a new data-pack with the HTTR maps and Scenarios.
