If you conquer the Guardians, you probably won't see the Shakturi as they are part of the Shakturi trigger.
Besides, if you taking out the Guardians you're essentially playing on the Shakturi side.

You sure about this one? I'm pretty sure I've taken out the AG and still had the Shak show up later on.

I must be thinking of the Alliance Offer.

Not sure how that'll play out without the Guardians.

I forgot to add the "Beacon" investigation trigger too.

If you've already fully explored the Galaxy, you may need to manually send an Explorer too investigate the Beacon.
