charged twice

Please advice as i have been charged for download which is what i ordered and then download and physical download.i had tried to see how much for physial then cancelled before purchase using explore i have checked bank account and it would seem i have been charged please advice i have sent emails to relevent plimus addresses

Well have been at hospital all day come back to check email still no reply quicl
k to take money not quick to return. I dont blame matrix its plimus so much for contacting them. i

Our Help Desk is not an e-mail address. If you e-mailed, chances are you contacted Plimus. Please contact us. See the link in my signature.

You need not fear about the second charge, if you placed two orders by mistake and both were charged, one will be refunded.

If time is critical here, in other words if there is a reason why you need that second charge refunded "yesterday" then e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your order information. Otherwise, please go through our Help Desk and they will take care of you within 24 hours.

No problem i will wait i was just exspection some confirmation of my problem from primus[:D] you guys as alway top notch love the game all the best

well confirmed by primus on 15th that i was double charged this after everyone saying i was not primus still not put money back into my account will keep checking good job i was not desperate for this money not a happy bunny

Hi Animal - sorry I don't understand what you are saying? The money may immediately leave your account but it does not immediately arrive. When the refund is processed it will immediately leave the Plimus account but not immediately appear in your account. This is just how banking works. Just FYI the money takes 15-45 days to arrive with us!

Up date this comedy of errors account double charged on 15/07 repaid both to my account then took both back out same day + another £34 for i dont know what , this is terrible i now need to go through whole process again thanks. How do i speak to some one soon
