Tactical bombers don't attack (?)

Fans of the old Panzer General series rejoice for the release of Panzer Corps. Tactical bombers don't attack (?)

I'm playing The Frozen North on paired game.

On both sides I play, I have tactical bombers that don't want to attack tanks. When I put them over the target, nothing happen.

Against AI, I was always able to attack tanks with tactical bombers. Is that a multiplayer bug ?

Snowstorm/Weather?

Sorry if you checked this already and it is only related to tanks.

True, I think it is snowing. But why (and how) then can we move the planes if it is snowing ?

So that you can bring them back to base.  If they can't move then they will be stuck there and waste fuel and crash gameplay wise.
