So far the only industry I've lost was Nikolaev (4 Arm/HI?).

I was going to do a summary at turn 17, but here are the current losses and OOB.

Losing Leningrad is a good deal considering what you saved in the south.

We take a step back. Winter reorganisation start early: all brigades and cavalry will leave army commands.
