German leIG cannot place in buildings

As raised in the war room, the le IG (the smallest, lightest gun in the game) will not emplace into a building.

The weapon is of the same power as a modern mortar, on a light field carriage.

leIG18 has it's own complex carriage, the slightly heavier and higher velocity leIG37 uses the same carriage as the 3.7cm Pak.

The leIG18 is normally capable of high angle fire (75 degrees), as well as direct fires, but shouldn't be allowed to do this and emplace within a building at the same time however.
The leIG37 is only capable of fires at ~45 degrees for the max range of 5150m, it can fire closer at the same elevation by reducing the charge (4 zones) but cannot fire in the high register. This might be the easier choice to employ.

They should also both have a HL/38 round, I believe of type B, but I don't have my notes open to confirm the subtype.
