Question about convenient opart.exe to use

Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III is the next game in the award-winning Operational Art of War game series. TOAW3 is updated and enhanced version of the TOAW: Century of Warfare game series. TOAW3 is a turn based game covering operational warfare from 1850-2015. Question about convenient opart.exe to use

Hi all.

Id like to make a question. My computer is an AMD Sempron 64 3000+ 1800 Ghz
2 gigs ram
and windows xp

Which should be most convenient exe from the launcher for my configuration? I make the question because I have not noted any apparent difference on performance and the extreme zoom level change is slow on both exes (some seconds)...
The scenery load times appears to be the same etc...
