Settings for compatibility mode on Windows 7?

I have installed FOF and the latest patch on a Windows 7 laptop. I have it set to run on compatibility mode (XP service pack 3), but am not sure what other things to check on the menu. [&:] Do I run this in a window or maximized? Other things I should check? Do I need to run it as an Administrator?

FoF runs fine for me with Win7 using win xp sp 3 compatibility setting you have and fullscreen. Hope this works for you as FoF is a great immersive trip back.
