Broken download, no re-download link

I downloaded the game from the Plimus store site after paying for it. It came in at 397MB using IE9. The game installer says "corrupt or damaged" and I can't find any way to recover the Plimus download page. Have submitted request to Plimus and gotten no response. Support?

Sorry you are having problems. If you bought from Matrix post any issues to the Help Desk with your order details and they'll get you sorted out ASAP.
