Out of plane slots??

Ive made my own scenario by adjusting a current full war scenario and have added a few extra aircraft groups/squadrons, however most of these only have one or two aircraft even though the pool for that type of aircraft has more than enough to cover what is required, during the turn a message comes up with "Out of plane slots".

Does anyone know a way to change this?

You have more than 50K of planes active in the game??

is that 50k per side or all together?

i have more than 50k in the scenario but not sure how many active at a time, i have 38k for the axis and 59k for the allies in the scenario
