Bombers stop bombing, fighters stop fighting

I don't know if this is a design issue or a bug..???

But once in while or specifically on the norway part of the 1939 campaign.. I used my bombers/fighters once and now they won't bomb or fight any targets.. even though I parked them on top of some airports and they show new fuel/ammo etc.

I assume there supposed to keep going.. but this bug has disabled them.. and I know everything else works.. cause I targeted.. and used a battleship etc.

Just to rule it out. You checked it not raining/snowing, as air units cannot in engage in combat under these conditions.

Definitely sounds like weather taking effect to me.
Check the beginning of the turn scenario summary screen, and during play, click the little animated weather globes/circles for expanded weather details.
