Political Points Paid for restricted units crossing national borders
Planes restricted to their best or 2nd best maneauver altitudes
No strategic Bombing in/from China till 43
Others as negotiated.

Recently retired so I should be able to manage at least a turn a day. Barring emergencies, I will provide advance notification of when I can't maintain this schedule.

I have had 2 PBEM games drop off on me in the past year and would like to try again. I have never been the Japanese and would like to try that in stock, 1 day turns, your rules are fine and we can discuss any other as well. I can do a turn a day normally and like you suggested will coordinate any periods of inactivity. I am a retired soldier but alas still work fulltime. I am located at Annapolis, MD so EST is my time zone. I can be ready to go this week if we argee, and iron out any additional rules.
