Next task force button?

Why does the next task force button not work. why is here not a easy way to scroll through my TF. you can scroll through bases. you should be able to scroll though TF. (basic concept)
also there should be a min screen or a way to get to the desktop. seeing as the manual is PDF. instead of printing it out i would like to min screen and goto manual. or have it linked to game somehow. i am just scratching the surface with this game so all help is appreciated. i cant believe the next TF button doesnt work. heck i am only on the tutorial with a few ships . what happens with the big stuff. come on guys it a must. NEXT TF BUTTON its a no brainer. otherwise i like what i see.
