Fans of the old Panzer General series rejoice for the release of Panzer Corps. The new voice sounds like an old wehrmacht general, I loved the old PG voice but he sounded like SS or Gestapo.

LOL, a hex represents 10-15km? That means my 105mm artillery can fire at a distance of 30km.

No it means that scale on all Panzer General style games including Fantasy General was and will always be abstract. It doesn't take much to understand it's impossible to bring a region wide conflict and accurate weapon ranges into terms. If you played Steel Panther which features somewhat accurate weapon ranges then you noticed maps are usually limited to a local area. Like a single city or a group of hills.
It doesn't even matter what the hex scale is or what real weapon ranges are at end you need find a common ground to have a playable game. Means all direct fire weapons have a range of 0. SPG usually 1, small caliber arty a range of 2 and high caliber of 3. Exceptions are there of course for siege guns and AA guns. To symbolize there isn't a single AA gun but a group deployed covering a whole area.

Does anyone know what they do presentations like the old PG with that guy and I do a German accent? Always adds a nice little atmosphere, especially when he says no longer need your services, you do not have OP and I swear, sometimes he would cock a pistol, or sounds like ...
