Re download question

Hi there,

I bought the download for my desktop computer, and wanted to re download it onto my laptop so that I could continue to play people on multiplayer while traveling. There was no redownload option I could see....so I bought it again, installed it, and tried to reuse my username and password for multiplayer in the hopes it would pull open my pending games. However I got a message saying "User has 1 or more Serials". What can I do so I can get my account to work on both computers????
