cant re-download

I also cant log into your ticket center, I can here as Birdmon but not their. Anyway I have tried for over 2 hours to re download the game, my computer has crashed. I went to the site with my order# and password NADA...so i tried my email that it was sent to me with the last 5 digits of the credit card...NADA it keep saying cant find order. Just what do I have to do????? getting upset here at the ability to take my money and emailing it to me but not reconizing it again HELP!!!!!!!!!!
