Problem Logging into Member's Club

Having trouble logging into this. I have clicked the Forgot Username/PW button and it says an email has been sent. A day later it is not here and the Helpdesk sent me an answer that doesn't help. I want to register the game.

Make sure you check your spam folder for the username notification. I registered so long ago that it might have changed, but back when I registered, it was actually a different login/password than what you used for the forum.

Thanks Rick but I have checked the spam folder and I know it's a different login from forum. All I need is to have my username there confirmed and the pw reset. And I cannot get it done. Quite frustrating.
